I have a Bachelors of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Behavioural Neuroscience and a Masters of Science in Health Psychology with a concentration in Nutrition. I am a Registered Psychologist in the Province of Alberta, Canada.

My passion is to help individuals understand how their own unique personality, life experiences, and social conditioning have impacted and are currently impacting the quality of their relationships and lives.  Science and evidence-based approaches allow me to individualize interventions to each person I have the privilege to work with.  I take a collaborative and  holistic perspective when it comes to understanding the body and the mind and how to heal it.

Utilizing a strengths-based approach which draws upon cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, evolutionary Psychology, and mindfulness based therapies, I work collaboratively with my clients to help them get to where they would like to go. Whether this includes behavioral modifications, a mindfulness practice, cognitive re-framing, skills training, distress tolerance, or empathic support, I promise to support you on your journey through life.

In addition, it is my belief that we can promote greater symptom improvement by utilizing the cutting edge technology of neurofeedback.  NeurOptimal neurofeedback provides information to the brain to help your own brain organize and optimize itself.

Personally, I am a mom to two great boys, an avid tennis player, mountain biker, part-time yogi, hiker, and lover of all things active.  As a former Collegiate athlete in the sport of tennis, I am passionate about the role of physical health in our mental health and wellness.

My office is located near the Westhills Shopping Center at 7370 Sierra Morena Blvd. SW, Calgary, AB.
